Island Hopper "Elite Class products are built using 9mm 1100 Denier, mesh reinforced PVC material. This high performance material has exceptional tensile, tearing and adhesion strength. It also has advanced UV resistant coating. It is technically known for its resistance to abrasion and temperature and is commonly used in products on oil booms and in high speed roll up doors. We feel it is technically the best 1100 denier reinforced PVC material available world-wide.

Each part is precision laser cut and all seams and nose cones are HEAT WELDED together. We then double overlap the nose and other critical areas with an additional glued reinforcement for strength and structural durability. We also double reinforce the connections between the tubes and double up the material on the seats, footings and knuckle areas.
