It has a built-in 24 hour timer that makes it easier to maintain your pool and is equipped with a GFCI unit, which will automatically turn the machine off when its components come into contact with water. When it comes to handling sand, it has a 55 lb capacity. This saltwater system for above-ground pools requires virtually no maintenance except replacement of the sand every five years.
