About This Item
Silverback SB54, our premier in-ground basketball hoop, features a tempered glass backboard and powder-coated steel pole offering performance of a gymnasium-style goal. This basketball goal offers a revolutionary anchor bolt mounting system allowing you option to unbolt and relocate your system if you move homes. SB54 uses a crank actuator to adjust goal from NBA and NCAA regulation height of 10 feet to safety-approved height of 7.5 feet. SB54 come complete with a backboard pad to offer protection during lay-ups and a break-away rim that flexes under pressure during a dunk.

| Cleaning, Care & Maintenance | Clean backboard using a cotton soft cloth and glass cleaner. Clean glass as you would household windows. Strong cleaners will damabackboard and void warranty. Hanging on rim will void your warranty. Rims are not warranted for any defects other than workmanship. Torn back plates, damaged springs, bent rings, damaged eye bolts, and torn or distorted rim supports result from hanging on rim and are not warranted. goal should not be cranked under 7.5 feet or over 10 feet. Adjustments of goal should be done under adult supervision. When attempting slam dunk activity, you should always wear a mouth guard to avoid dental injury. To ensure ease of operation, lubricate all pivot at least every 6 months or as needed with a good lubricant such as WD-40. Inspect your pole periodically. If rust should appear, remove lose paint, sand lightly, primer and paint with exterior flat matte finish enamel paint. |
