Molded around a single piece of hard chrome with a 140MM insert, these plates will also glide on your bar like butter. You get it all: Looks and function. We wouldn't settle for anything less either. Minimal bounce on drop: high durometer urethane. 140mm inner chrome insert for seamless loading on bar and reduced friction. 450mm diameter. 5LB chanplates:19MM diameter. Matte finish. 52mm collar opening. Plate widths: 10LB 20MM, 25LB 40MM, 35LB 48MM, 45LB 53MM, 55LB 58MM.5lb and 10lb plates are sold in pairs. All others are sold individually. Note: 10LB plates should not be used alone in repeated drops on a barbell. plates will "taco" and this type of use is not warrantied against cracor breakage.
