A Heavy Bag Chain and Swivel are included. Available in red or black. Unfilled bags do not come with a foam liner. Installation notes: springs are suggested when hung from home rafters/support beams é³ to minimizes shack to home structure. Types of hanger needed depends on substrate from which bag is hung.
