Bedding product is plugged into an extension cord and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Bedding product wasn't plugged in properly. To FIX this problem, do following to reset your bedding product: 1. Turn blanket control to "Off" position and unplug power cord from electrical connection. 2. Check bedding product plug connection that directly plugs into bedding product. Make sure connection is secure and complete. 3. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet If 3 steps above are not followed in order, bedding product will not properly reset.
